The Anzac Day Services 23

The Anzac Day Services today for the local community were very moving. Hundreds of local residents stood in drizzling rain to honour the courage, service and sacrifice of the Anzacs and armed forces.

Our student leaders were invited to attend the Anzac Day Services held by Oatley RSL Sub-Branch and Mortdale RSL Sub-Branch. They were invited to lay a wreath in Remembrance of the Fallen and read a prayer.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old. Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning. We will remember them.
