Enrolment form - College Students (Form-22A)

 Revised Languages Eligibility (Form - 23)

Language Survey (Form - 24)

Student Profile - College (Form - 25)

Learning Agreement (Form - 27)

Bring Your own Device Agreement 2025 (Form - 28)

Step 2: Return forms

Return all original forms to your Careers Adviser no later than Friday 21 August 2026 .

Step 1: Print and complete the following forms:

Step 2: Photocopy the items listed below:

Birth certificate or passport (with visa if applicable) must be sighted by the school upon application.

Step 3: Send all documents by Friday 7 August 2026 to:

In NSW public schools, all financial contributions are voluntary. Every student has full access to the curriculum, regardless of whether contributions are made.
