How to apply - Year 11 College applicants
Step 1- Print and complete the following forms:
Enrolment form - College Students (Form-22A)
Revised Languages Eligibility (Form - 23)
Student Profile - College (Form - 25)
Learning Agreement (Form - 27)
Bring Your own Device Agreement 2025 (Form - 28)
Step 2: Return forms
Return all original forms to your Careers Adviser no later than Friday 22 August 2025 .
How to apply - Year 11 Non-College applicants
Step 1: Print and complete the following forms:
Non College Subject Application (Form - 22B)
Revised Languages Eligibility (Form - 23)
Student Profile - Non-College (Form - 26)
Learning Agreement (Form - 27)
Bring Your own Device Agreement 2025 (Form - 28)
Step 2: Photocopy the items listed below:
- Proof of address eg: Rates Notice, Rental Agreement, Utility Bill. (Drivers Licence NOT ACCEPTED)
- Year 9 yearly report and NAPLAN results
- Year 10 half yearly report
- NESA Student Number
Birth certificate or passport (with visa if applicable) must be sighted by the school upon application.
Step 3: Send all documents by Friday 8 August 2025 to:

Step 4: Successful applicants
Successful applicants will be notified by mail after 11 August 2025. A non-refundable administration fee of $100 is required when accepting a place at GRC Oatley. This amount will be deducted from the student’s school fees.

Step 4: Successful applicants
Successful applicants will be contacted by mail after the 18 August 2025 for an interview and will need to secure their place with $50 administration (non-refundable) and $50 textbook hire ($100 in total).
Successful applicants will need to start in Week 1 Term 4 (date to be notified).
School contributions
In NSW public schools, all financial contributions are voluntary. Every student has full access to the curriculum, regardless of whether contributions are made.
