GRC Oatley Senior Campus is a culturally diverse, co-educational senior high school that welcomes international students from a wide range of countries. We cater specifically for students in Years 11 and 12 who are working towards their Higher School Certificate (HSC), providing a supportive and structured learning environment to help them achieve their academic goals.
International students are required to submit an application to DE International and are assessed against departmental and legislative eligibility criteria. These include:
- holding a valid student visa issued by the Department of Home Affairs
- being issued an Authority to Enrol (ATE) by DE international before commencement.
The application process includes providing certified documents, evidence of English language competency or entry via an Intensive English Centre (IEC) if required, and confirmation of welfare and accommodation arrangements.

Temporary Residents
Temporary residents must submit an application through the Temporary Residents Program (TRP) to enrol in a NSW Government school, as detailed in the “Enrolment of Temporary Residents” procedures.
For further information, visit: DE International Education
Students holding temporary/resident visas (or becoming dependents of a student visa holder) who wish to move from:
- another NSW Government school
- a non‑government school
- from overseas
are required to apply via the Temporary Residents Program (TRP) and obtain an Authority to Enrol (ATE) by DE international before enrolling. In many cases, an application fee and tuition fee are payable unless exempt under the visa subclass or circumstances.
